Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your BREIF order you can return it to us within 28 days. Items eligible for return must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. The order must be returned to us yourself using a courier of your choice. Refunds

Once we have received your item(s) in acceptable condition, we will send you a confirmation email upon processing the refund. The shipping charge will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. Generally, it will take up to 2-5 business days to receive your refund. Depending on your bank, processed credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected in your credit card account.
